Care and nursing homes

A resident with dementia loses her second languages first. What is left is the Zurich German of her childhood. The carer on the late shift arrived from Lisbon two years ago and learned Standard German — not that.

Quanto costa
This is not a comfort question. Somebody who is not understood is misread: pain becomes agitation, a request becomes resistance.
Cosa fa Heidi
Heidi translates and explains dialect — on a phone, in the corridor, in seconds. Plus six scenes from a shift — handover, the morning, pain, meals, the evening, visitors — 120 lines, machine-checked for Zurich forms. Read them before you talk to us.

Cosa dovremmo chiedervi

We do not know whether your staff may hold a phone at that moment. That decides everything about how this would work.

Che cosa succede se ci scrive

  1. You write, we answer with questions

Not a sales call. We want to know where exactly that moment happens, who is allowed to hold a phone during it, and what is done instead today.

  2. Your people try it, at no cost

Heidi is openly available. Give the link to five of your staff and let them work with it for a week before anybody talks about money.

  3. We build your scenes — or say no

If it holds up, we write the lines for your setting, checked for Zurich forms like every other, and your team practises them as its own situations. If it does not, we say so. There are no prices here because we have never charged one — an invented number would be worse than none.
