Relative clauses almost always start with wo, unchanging, whatever the gender or case.
De Maa, wo dört staht.
Der Mann, der dort steht.
D Frau, wo ich gsee ha.
Die Frau, die ich gesehen habe.

Das Haus, in dem wir gewohnt haben.
