Heidi reads messages people sent each other. That is sensitive, so this page says exactly what is kept where, and who else sees it.
The German version is the binding one.

Who answers the messages
A message is sent to one of these companies to be answered. We hold no data-processing agreement with any of them. Heidi is therefore not suitable today for personal data from a profession bound by confidentiality.

What we do not do
- No analytics
- No advertising
- No selling of data
- No tracking cookies
Checkable: the source is open, and a test keeps this claim current.
Deleting
What is on your device you remove yourself, in settings. Saved conversations you delete in the chat, and the text really goes. For anything else, write to us.
